Piaggio going public in Italy
The business telegraph is reporting that due to the rise of gas prices, increase in traffic and overall affordability of scooter owership, Piaggio is doing just fine and are going public in Italy. Piaggio plans on adding two new models to their lines, and manufacturing models for china and India. India seems to be the lucky ones, with Piaggio announcing their plans to produce 150,000 apes yearly. Wouldn't it be nice if Americans traded in their Escalades for Vespas?
